Participants

Any English-speaking bilingual individual leading training sessions, wishing to improve in real-life situations.

Description

Following the planning of a training session (virtual or in-person), the expert coach accompanies the trainer during their session.
The expert justifies their presence through a quality improvement mission for better customer satisfaction.
The support is designed to allow the trainer to implement the previously learned methodology and diagnose progress made as well as areas for improvement.
During the session, the expert does not intervene.
At the end of the session, the expert coach will provide constructive feedback and formalize a personalized action plan for the trainer to progress and adopt effective techniques, tips, and attitudes.
